"Earl grey coffee - strong earl grey taste that compliments the coffee very well! Banana matcha - a lot of banana flavors but not in an artificial way, has real bananas on top, the matcha is a little too light. This is more of a banana milk with matcha flavor than the other way around. Still enjoyed the drink though!"

"I’ve been here twice and the drinks never miss. Although I tend to have a sweet tooth the Banana Coffee was delicious. The coffee was strong, but the banana milk and cold foam poured on top was the perfect balance. I also recently tried the Banana Matcha Latte and it’s my absolute favorite! You can taste how natural it is. No artificial flavoring whatsoever. So, so good!"

"Such a great spot in Cupertino! Insomni Bar has an awesome relaxed vibe — perfect for daytime hangouts or catching up with friends. The drinks are super good, the music is always on point, and the place just has a chill energy that makes you want to stay awhile. Definitely a nice hidden spot worth checking out!"

"Good vibes. Cold air. Not a ton of seating inside but tbh ere are also chairs outside - lot of people working here on a Sunday so it’s definitely a hot spot. Banana matcha was terrific. Delicious banana flavor. Thairamisu- also tasty- the tiramisu cream probably goes well with everything. Taro milk latte is pretty classic."

"I am in love with this place!!! I got their vegan house taro latte, and I am so happy that I found a place that uses real taro paste/puree instead of powder. It just tastes much more authentic and less artificial. I just wish they had a bigger size. Will definitely come back and can’t wait for their grand opening! The atmosphere had almost a clubby-vibe inside, but clean and well maintained!"

"Insomnibar offers a variety of drinks and food. This location is right off the 101 and Silver Creek. It's easy to find and has plenty of parking. I've tried Insomnibar several times, and the drinks have been perfect. The matcha and black tea are a must-try. I like their pricing as everything is usually included, like dairy alternatives and up to 2 toppings. The boba is always perfectly done with the right amount of bite and sweetness. The new Peach Lemongrass tea is perfectly sweet, and the tea jelly adds the perfect amount of bitterness. The owner and staff are very friendly. If you're in South San Jose, I definitely recommend stopping by and supporting this small business."

"Their Viet coffee einspanner is authentic with a twist. It’s well balanced, creamy and STRONG! Their lychee limeade and vegan house taro were tasty and was kid approved by our kids. Their atmosphere is chic, and roomy and will be a great place to hang out or to get some work done. The staff is friendly and was knowledgeable and passionate about how they make their coffee and teas! Lastly, I appreciate the “mini me” menu for the kids. Plenty of parking spaces!"
